A GAELIC SUMMER

THIS IS HOW SUMMER SHOULD Be.

When most people think classical music, they think concert hall, tuxedos, and standing ovations. When we think of classical music, we think of bars, booze, and Gaelic beavers. In 2017, we launched A Gaelic Summer, our first ever pub crawl and summer tour series. The program features 17th, 18th, and 19th century drinking songs and dance tunes from Scotland, Ireland, England, and Wales; live-band sing-along karaoke; dancing; and at least for the pub crawl portion, food and booze. It’s an all out, foot-stomping, face-stuffing, drink-guzzling jam. It's the way classical music should be.
